1. Be Respectful & Kind
We welcome pet owners from all cultures and backgrounds. Personal attacks, harassment, hateful comments, or discrimination against other users will not be tolerated and will lead to an immediate account suspension.
2. Share Accurate Travel Information
Misleading pet fee information, incorrect quarantine reports, or outdated airline kennel measurements can cause significant financial and emotional distress to other travelers. Make sure to share only verified experiences or clearly state if you are unsure.
3. No Animal Abuse or Unsafe Conduct
Do not upload photos or videos showing pets in dangerous or abusive conditions (e.g. unventilated car trunks, locked cages in high heat, or unsafe harness positioning during transit). Always prioritize animal welfare and safety.
4. No Spam or Self-Promotion
Avoid posting repetitive advertisements, affiliate travel links, or commercial pet store promos in the travel feed. Businesses must register a dedicated Business Profile through our Admin dashboard to promote their pet-friendly services.
