Travel & Legal Disclaimer โ ๏ธ
Effective Date: June 2026
1. No Guarantee of Accuracy
Pet transit criteria (especially rabies vaccinations, titer testing, microchip verification, and airline crate requirements) change rapidly based on disease outbreaks and airline policy adjustments. Although we attempt to maintain correct guidelines, PetTravely is not responsible for obsolete or incorrect requirements.
2. Veterinary Consultations
Our platform does not provide veterinary medical diagnoses or checkups. Prior to departing on international transits, consult with authorized, USDA-accredited (or equivalent government) veterinarians to guarantee your companion has the correct immunizations and signed health certification forms.
3. Financial Responsibility
You are entirely responsible for the costs of transport, vet visits, documentation filing fees, and any quarantine expenses if your pet is delayed or rejected by border services. PetTravely will not compensate users for travel cancellations or losses under any circumstances.
Please review our Terms of Service for additional details on liability limits.
